Ingredients:
6 oz. Fettuccini fresh or dry
1/4 Cup butter
2 Cloves garlic (chopped finely)
1 Cup half and half
1 Package (8 oz.) crab delight (Louis Kemp) or Fresh Crab
1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
Cook fettuccini according to directions. Drain. Heat butter and garlic in skillet over medium heat until garlic is lightly brown. Add half and half, crab and pepper. Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble stirring occasionally. Add parmesan cheese. Stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Toss crab sauce with fettuccini. Serve with additional parmesan. 2 servings.

This is a recipe for an Italian meat sauce that simmers for several hours before it is ready to serve. We serve the spaghetti topped with fresh parmesan cheese, and sometimes sautéed fresh mushrooms.
