Ingredients for Kahlua:
10 Tablespoons instant coffee
1 1/4 Cups water
Bring to boil and let steep for 20 minutes
While coffee is steeping, bring 1 Quart water to a boil, pour in 6 cups sugar, stir until completely dissolved. Add steeped coffee, 2 oz. pure vanilla and 1/5 of 190 proof Everclear.
Makes two 5 fifths 2 pints 1 half pint.
Russian Bear
2 Jiggers Vodka
1 Jigger Kahlua
Pour over ice.
