2 Cups pecan halves
1/4 Cup butter
1 Tablespoon plus 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
1 Teaspoon hot sauce
Spread pecans evenly on a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 300’ F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine remaining ingredients mix well and pour over pecans. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Yield 2 cups
