4 1/2 Cups sugar
1 Large can evaporated milk
8 Oz. package of miniature marshmallows
18 Oz. chocolate chips
1/2 Cup butter or margarine
2 Cups broken nut meats
1 Teaspoon vanilla
In large heavy sauce pan put in sugar and milk. Bring slowly to rolling boil. Let it boil no longer than eight minutes stirring constantly to keep milk from scorching.
Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until blended well. Add two cups nut meats and vanilla.
Spread in large un-greased pan. Cut into squares when cool.
This is a light airy crispy brittle, that is not hard to make. This can be made ahead of the holidays and frozen.
