Our Family's Favorite Meat Recipes

Herbed Standing Rib Roast is a family favorite and a holiday tradition.  Prime Rib with horseradish sauce and Yorkshire pudding puffs is the traditional Christmas Dinner at our house.  It is an elegant dinner that does not require a lot of kitchen time!  Everyone can enjoy the holidays with this fabulous entree!

The oven barbequed brisket is great if you like Tex-Mex barbecue!  Serve this with a big pot of brown beans, and some jalapeño cornbread!

Veal in wine sauce is a perfect entree for a dinner party.  It is a combination of tender veal, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and onions smothered in a tangy vermouth and lemon sauce.

Meatloaf is always a favorite at our house.  I keep several frozen in my freezer most of the time.  They are great to pull out when you don't have time to prepare a meal.  Meatloaf sandwiches are great the next day!

Fajitas are a family favorite.  We grill the flank steak outside, in the summer and the slice it after it is grilled.  In the wintertime, we just sauté as directed.

The mushroom pot roast is easy, and different from other pot roasts, in that it is seasoned with lots of herbs and sherry. 

Flambé Pepper Steak is an impressive fun meal to serve for company.  It is actually a recipe Lois got from the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs.

The favorite roast lamb recipe is served with small potatoes, and is a nice combination of spices and vermouth.  A perfect recipe for an Easter dinner entree.
