Ingredients:
2 1/2 Lbs. Round steak, thinly sliced
1/3 Cup lime juice
1/3 Cup tequila
1/3 Cup Salad oil
3 Jalapeno peppers
2 Garlic cloves, minced
3 Green peppers, slivered
1 Red pepper, slivered
6 Scallions, sliced
Marinate round steak, jalapeno peppers and garlic in lime juice, tequila and salad oil for 45 minutes, turning once. Combine green and red bell peppers, scallions and drained meat in hot cast iron skillet. Cook until meat is medium rare. Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and shredded cheese.
