Ingredients:
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup flour
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
4 Cups slice, pared tart apples
2 Cups cranberries (fresh)
2 Tablespoon butter
Pastry for 9” Inch double shell pie
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl combine sugars, flour and cinnamon. Add fruit. Mix well. Turn into pastry lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover and cut slits in top crust. Seal edges. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown
