Ingredients:
1 1/2 to cups pumpkin (fresh)
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon ginger
1/8 Teaspoon allspice
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 Tablespoon flour
1 Teaspoon cornmeal
1/2 Cup whipping cream
1/3 Cup melted butter
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9” pie shell unbaked and bake at 400’ F. until firm. ( About 50-60 minutes)
