Ingredients:
3 Egg whites (beaten stiff)
1 Cup sugar
3/4 Cups graham cracker crumbs
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Cup nuts
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Pint whipping cream
Combine sugar gradually with beaten egg whites. Mix graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, nuts and vanilla. Fold into egg whites and place mixture in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with whipping cream and let stand 5 hours.
