Ingredients:
4 Pork steaks, cubed
1 Onion
5 Tablespoons flour
4 Cups water or chicken broth
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 Teaspoon oregano
2/3 Teaspoon cumin
2 (7 oz.) cans green chili chopped (or fresh baked and peeled)
2 hot jalapeno peppers
Cube the pork, brown until done. Remove meat and sauté onions. Remove onion and make a gravy from the drippings adding flour and water. Return meat and onions, add other ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
