Ingredients:
3/4 Lb. hamburger
1/2 Cup chopped onions
1 Can tomatoes
2 Cups diced tomatoes
2 Cups diced potatoes
2 Cups diced carrots
1/2 Cups diced celery
1/4 Cup rice
1 1/2 quarts water
2 Teaspoons salt
1 Bay leaf
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer one hour. Serve hot.
Tip from Carolea: Add a can of baked beans. Very good!
