Ingredients:
2 Cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups natural bran
1 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 Cups plain yogurt
3/4 Cup raisins
1/2 Cup oil
1/2 Cup dark molasses
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Generously grease muffin tins.
Thoroughly combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Make well in center and add remaining ingredients, blending just until moist. Do not over-mix.
Divide among tins. Bake until muffins are done, about 20-25 minutes.
Tip: Mom adds 1/4 cup more molasses and 1/4 cup more raisins.
