Ingredients:
1 Cup flour
1/2 Cup oats
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon soda
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Cup buttermilk or sour milk
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup nuts (chopped)
1/3 Cup coconut (flaked)
Combine flour, oats and sugar in large bowl. Cut in batter until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 mix. Add baking powder, salt, soda, cinnamon, milk and eggs, then mix. Pour into 10 x 6 greased pan. Mix remaining crumb mixture with nuts and coconut. Sprinkle with remaining mix. Put sliced butter on top and microwave 7 or 8 minutes. Until toothpick is clean. Rotate dish.
