Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Cups sugar
1/2 Cup cocoa
2 Teaspoons vanilla
1 Cup vegetable oil
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup water
1/2 Cup pecans (chopped)
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in greased deep 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Frosting:
1/4 Cups water
1 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons cocoa
12 Large marshmallows
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Heat all ingredients together, except powdered sugar and vanilla in double boiler until marshmallows are melted. Cool, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency. Spread on cool brownies.
