Ingredients:
6 (six inch) tortillas, cut into quarters
1 Teaspoon butter, melted
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place tortillas on lightly greased baking sheets. Brush with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on tortillas. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt and Kahlua, if desired. Yield: 2 dozen.
