2 Packages Lemon Jell-O
2 Cups 7-Up
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 Cup small marshmallows
2 Large bananas (sliced)
Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups 7-Up. Let set partially, then add pineapple, marshmallows, and bananas.
1/2 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Beaten egg
1 Cup pineapple juice
Cook until set, then add 2 tablespoons butter and cool. When cool fold in 2 cups whipped cream (Dream Whip may be used). Spread over set Jell-O and sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
This is a frozen salad, that can be made ahead for a holiday meal. It is a tart cranberry sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream topping. It is spooned into a muffin tin lined with cup cake papers, and served in individual servings. It is a family favorite!
