Ingredients:
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon celery seed
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
8 Cups shredded cabbage (1 1/2 lbs.)
1/2 Red bell pepper cut in half and into strips
1/2 Green bell pepper cut in half and into strips
1/4 Red onion into match sticks strips
1 Carrot, shredded
2 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 Teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
Combine First 11 ingredients in a bowl; whisk to blend. Refrigerate dressing until cold. Combine cabbage, bell peppers, onions, carrot, parsley and lemon peel in a large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to season to taste and serve. Serves 6.

This is a frozen salad, that can be made ahead for a holiday meal. It is a tart cranberry sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream topping. It is spooned into a muffin tin lined with cup cake papers, and served in individual servings. It is a family favorite!
