Combine in large mixing bowl:
3/4 Cup flour
1 Small package regular vanilla pudding mix (3 1/4 oz.)
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/8 Teaspoon salt
1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 Cup milk
3 Tablespoons butter (softened)
Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Pour into 10 inch greased pie plate.
1 Can sliced peaches (29 oz.)
Drain peaches and save liquid. Arrange peaches slices on top of the batter.
Combine:
1 Package cream cheese (8 oz. softened)
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons peach juice
Beat 2 or 3 minutes until smooth. Spread on peaches within 1 inch of plate.
Mix:
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle on cream cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until sides are golden brown. Serve warm or chilled.
