Ingredients:
1 Cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 Cup butter
1 1/2 Cups confectioners sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup whipping cream
1 Package frozen raspberries
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
1/4 Teaspoon vanilla
Line a 11x7x1 1/2 inch pan with half crumbs, cream together butter, sugar and eggs one at a time beat after each addition. Spread over crumbs, whip cream until stiff, fold in raspberries, vanilla and nuts. Spread over cream mixture, top with remaining vanilla wafers. Chill and freeze over night.
Tip: We always sweeten the cream and add vanilla
