Ingredients:
1 1/4 Lb. fresh broccoli (8 cups)
1 Cup water
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Cup fresh parmesan (grated)
1/4 Cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 Cup butter
Wash and trim broccoli and steam covered until tender crisp. Drain and coarsely chop. Layer half of broccoli in greased casserole, 9x13 inch. Salt and pepper to taste and add nutmeg. Sprinkle with half of cheese, then rest of broccoli, then rest of cheese. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350’F. for 15 minutes or until heated through.
