1 Clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 lb. Fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
1/2 Cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 Cup finely chopped sweet yellow pepper
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Cook garlic in olive oil large skillet over medium high heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes. Add peas and peppers, cook stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
