Ingredients:
1 Package cream cheese (3 oz. softened)
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
6 Tablespoons shredded cheese
2 Tablespoons evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1 Egg beaten
2 Bricks frozen, shredded hash browns (thawed and separated)
Mix cream cheese, flour, salt, paprika, parsley and other cheese. Add milk and onions, stir until smooth. Gradually add egg, mix well. Lightly grease skillet and fry as pancakes (1/4 cup each and spread to about 3 inches in diameter.) Fry until golden brown.
