Ingredients:
1 Lb. fresh green beans
1/2 Cup water
3 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon chopped onion
1/3 Cup pecans, chopped
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1/4 Teaspoon salt
Wash beans and remove strings. Cut beans into 1 inch pieces. Place in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Add water. Cover and microwave at high 16 to 17 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and keep warm. Place butter in pie plate. Microwave on high 50 seconds or until melted. Add pecans and remaining ingredients, microwave at high 2 to 3 minutes, or until onion is tender, stirring after each minute. Pour butter mixture over beans, tossing to coat. Yield-4 servings.
