Ingredients:
3/4 Lb. fresh snow peas
1 Tablespoon minced shallots
1 Tablespoon walnut or peanut oil
1 1/2 to 3 Teaspoons minced fresh basil
or 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon dried basil
1 Tablespoon condensed beef broth
Sauté snow peas and shallots in oil in a large skillet, just until heated through, about 3 minutes. Add basil and broth. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
